Be the Chef!, Act on Your Time, Balance your Act, Prepare to Compete & Meet the Role Model
The Youth Olympic Games Competence Project aims at preparing the participants for their lives as professional athletes.

This workshop is all about a healthy diet, high-quality products and easy preparation. As there is only a limited number of places available in this workshop, please register in advance.
The other workshops of the Competence Project focus on topics such as how to balance vocational training or studies and a career as an athlete, appropriate training and warm-up, time management as well as life after a career as a professional athlete:
- Act on Your Time
- Balance Your Act
- Prepare to Compete

- The participants will get an introduction about the meal and the tasks will be distributed. Everyone will get an apron and a chef’s hat. The introduction (approx. 30 min.) will include the procedure, information on hygiene as well as the nutritional value of the meal.
- The actual cooking part will take one hour, during which junior chefs will support the participants.

Act on your time!
- To become one of the best, an athlete must learn how to manage and balance the multiple demands on their time.
- Balancing priorities within the timeframe of a day’s 24 hours can be quite a challenge, and when you add training, competition, etc. it becomes even more difficult.
